VERT Sports operates an online directory and recruiting profile service for football athletes in Florida. We provide tools to publish athletic and academic information, upload highlight clips, and make that information searchable by coaches and approved recruiters. We are not a college, recruiting agency, or guarantor of any scholarship, roster spot, or recruiting outcome.
The Service is intended for football athletes attending school in Florida in grades 8 through 12, as well as their parents or legal guardians, coaches, and the businesses that work with them. To create a profile you must be at least 13 years old.
Because the Service is used by athletes under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms before a minor creates or uses a profile. By allowing a minor to use the Service, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf and is responsible for supervising their use.
If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service and to publish the information on your profile. We may request verification of consent and may remove any profile where required consent has not been provided.
"User Content" means the clips, photos, text, links, and other material you submit to the Service. You keep ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant VERT Sports a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service — for example, showing your highlight film on your profile or featuring it in athlete spotlights. You can remove your User Content at any time, and we will stop displaying it going forward.
You represent that you own or have the rights to the User Content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Some features — such as profile upgrades, business sponsorships, camp and clinic listings, and highlight reel editing — may be offered for a fee. Pricing and the scope of any paid service will be described at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change our pricing and offerings at any time.
Information you publish on a profile is intended to be visible to coaches, recruiters, and other users of the Service. You should only include information you are comfortable sharing for recruiting purposes. We use the contact details you provide to operate the Service and to communicate with you about your profile and requests. We do not sell your personal contact information to unrelated third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." VERT Sports does not promise any particular recruiting result, level of coach interest, scholarship, or roster placement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on the Service is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VERT Sports and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and request removal of your profile at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service or its users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
